Returns & Refunds Policy

At Candy Cow, we want every Snackhead to love their experience. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it right — quickly and fairly.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on food items. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned or resold.

That said, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, compromised, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@candycowjerky.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A free replacement

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit (sometimes with a little extra love)

No need to return the product — food safety comes first.

 


 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are available only in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • Product arrives spoiled or compromised

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Missing item from your order

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Taste or texture preferences

  • Change of mind

  • Orders placed incorrectly

  • Products consumed without issue

 


 

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll replace the affected item or issue a refund or store credit — whichever makes the most sense.

 


 

Shipping Issues

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping timelines are handled by the carrier. Candy Cow is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue persists, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.

 


 

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds or replacements in cases of repeated claims or suspected abuse of this policy.
