CANDY COW $50 GIFT CARD SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Candy Cow $50 Gift Card Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Candy Cow, LLC, 2625 S Hickory St, Santa Ana, CA 92707 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Candy Cow, LLC and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins when the Sweepstakes entry form is first made available on the Candy Cow website and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

All entries must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Candy Cow website and complete the Sweepstakes entry form by providing the requested information, including a valid email address.

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person and email address. Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise manipulated entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

By submitting the entry form, entrants agree to receive promotional and marketing emails from Candy Cow. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those communications. Unsubscribing from marketing communications after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate that Sweepstakes entry.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one $50 Candy Cow gift card, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $50.00 USD.

The prize is subject to any terms and conditions applicable to Candy Cow gift cards. The prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be substituted or transferred by the winner, except at Sponsor's discretion or as otherwise required by law.

Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided when entering the Sweepstakes.

The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the date the notification is sent and provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify eligibility and award the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, obtain entries through fraudulent or automated means, violate these Official Rules, or interfere with the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned because of circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including technical failures, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances affecting the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the termination.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Candy Cow, LLC and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

10. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Candy Cow's Privacy Policy.

Entrants who elect or agree to receive marketing communications from Candy Cow may unsubscribe from those communications at any time.

11. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly included in the prize description.

12. Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
