Shipping Policy

At Candy Cow, we work hard to get your snacks to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how shipping works.

 


 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

 


 

Food Product Notice

Due to food safety regulations, all Candy Cow products are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, compromised, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted third-party carriers. Once your order is in the carrier’s possession, Candy Cow is not responsible for delays, delivery errors, or service disruptions caused by the carrier.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Candy Cow is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping fees may apply.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you’re unable to locate it:

  • Please check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact the carrier directly for more information

Candy Cow is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if the issue persists, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.

 


 

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or compromised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The product inside

Do not discard the item until we’ve had a chance to review your claim.

 


 

International Shipping

At this time, Candy Cow ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
